An extremely high quality production.
What sells the London Stone products to me, is the imagery.
I would guess that +90% won't read (all of ) the text but, like me, will view all of the photos. As the old saying goes, a picture paints a thousand words.
Would be good to see some of the challenges landscapers/designers faced by showing photos of gardens before transformation.
Thanks for that bit of feedback Phil.
I don't think we see enough before and after shots and like you say, its these photos that really show what the landscapers can do. Duly noted for next time
Steve
Thanks Phil - really appreciate the feedback. I think 'before and after' shots would be a great idea, definitely something to explore.
I have just read through the online copy (as I await the hard copy) and I have to say I really enjoyed it.... and without trying to sound to overally enthusiastic... it was the first 'stone' brochure that I actually read from front to back. Mostly because of the fact you featured the people and businesses behind the projects and why they chose the stone they did. Really well done, I have always loved London stone for being a family business, but now that personality, care and friendliness have come through to their brochure to. Thumbs up from me :))
What a lovely comment - thank you very much indeed, Susan! I'm really pleased that you enjoyed reading the brochure and found the articles from the designers and contractors interesting - we are very thankful to everybody who contributed, it was a great effort from all the people who wrote the articles and various pieces and we learned a lot from reading them too - we don't really have all that much involvement in the design side of things ourselves so it's fascinating to hear about all the thought that goes into building a garden, before the tools have even been taken out of the van. Thank you again, you're very kind :) Hope all is well with yourself, Aye and the family.
You can tell a lot of effort went into both the design and the articles and like you say lots to learn from reading them too.
Thank you, not too bad, overdue now with our baby girl and the weather is hotting up... but I am trying to be patient :))
Kiddies are all good and growing up quick, Aye is a happy man - he has two teams running now on the landscaping and that is going really well. Thanks for asking.
Just noticed all the many many grammar mistakes in that reply!!! OOO I am cross with myself.... but I will blame it on being overdue and grumpy! lol
Haha - I think you can be excused, Susan! Sounds like you've both got your hands full at the moment then! Hope the new baby puts in an appearance shortly, very exciting for the whole family - congratulations! You'll have to post some pics of the little one once she arrives - I'm sure everybody would love to see them :) Glad that work is going well too, that's great to hear. Onwards and upwards!
