Graham, we use a fair amount of MMC Pro on fences/gates and hard surfaces and and at lower application have not seen any major issues on shrubs/grass.
We use coarse nozzles to ensure application is quite directional, and any minor drift-spray is washed off asap. Neat soltuib or left on plants for a period of time, I would expect to see some soft green damage.
Maybe a cheap fleaBay Tarp could be used to cover the shrubs and pulled along as you move would be a further safety option?
Many thanks for the replies..................very helpful. I'll give it a go and cover up the shrubs as best I can. If they all die, I'll blame you both!!:)
If it helps anyone, ordered 8 x 5l containers of above yesterday afternoon. https://www.pitchcare.com/shop/hard-surface-moss-killer/mmc-pro-mos... Arrived this morning and you get a free knapsack sprayer thrown in if you order 4 containers or more. I've had one of these sprayers before and they're actually quite good even though they're cheap (free even)
