Might be worth trying either TH Whites or Lister Wilder (both Reading based) who have good grounds care hire departments especially with respect to Golf course gear. They may have small Utillity vehicles with low impact/turf tryes on. If not, they may have some ideas.
Is there a large Agri dealer near you? They may be able to sort you with a Polaris 6x6 or something similar. If you could guarantee them hire dates etc. they would probably be forthcoming even if hire is not their usual forte.
Small hovercraft?
We have a used Gator TH6x4 for sale, can be made road legal easily so finance usually available. We do not hire but on the used market they are fairly solid so you could purchase, use and resell if that is an option.
If you would be able to use tracked equipment with a footprint that is better loads the ground better than your own foot then i may have a solution.
