I hope you can find a partner for this.
What would the employment contract look like? And the PAYE arrangements? How is the tax code shared? On the face of it, sounds fine, but as I sit here and think about the contractual side, it looks a bit scary to me from both employer and employee perspective.
Is it all separate? Fine if all works and is amicable, but what if the employee ends up piggy in middle over who get them that day etc.
Don't want to rain on your fire, but, some issues here I think.
