Infested seems a strong word. Do a thorough examination. Because something has woodworm does not necessarily mean the whole decking is knackered. I would say it was a supplier issue. Maybe you only need to take one or two boards up snd replace or Spray.
Hi David, I would have noticed "infested" Decking boards whilst laying! However saying that you don't expect to supplied with "infested decking boards either.
I will take it up with the the supplier. My main concern is how far it has spread.
I knew a bloke once who had a job drilling woodworm holes in reproduction furniture. Tell your customer that you did not charge him extra.
Seriously though, I don't think they will have spread, even without spraying...are they not only an interior problem in the UK?
