getting help

hello, does anyone know how I can get help with projects coming up, i am looking for a self employed person, it will be for about 2 years worth i guess, on and off, mainly off in the winter months, do they just invoice me, or do i have to employ them, dont really want to do that, so is giving me invoices ok

    There are some threads on this subject if you have a search.

    HMRC has some good guidance on their website. If you are dictating when they will work with you it might be better to employ. If HMRC investigate they can back date all NI you have avoided.
