  • For such a design conscious market the website is very poor and may put lots of prospective buyers off.

Its a shame because the product looks simple and a good design, but so little details and not even any scalable pictures is a big let down.

  • You would almost certainly need to get planning permission to put one of these units up.  And that is a surprise coming from the Designers, who say that they are Architects.

  • hi  i think your spot on about the website it needs work ,I am not sure about planning though Emma ,It would depend on were your going too put such a unit, thats not a huge problem though look how many home office kits are about,I just posted the link as I like the look of the product ,it has nothing too do with my bussines

  • I emailed morphpod to invite them to join ljn and observe feedback for their product so if anyone else has any thoughts I'm sure they would appreciate the feedback.
  • I like the teardrop shape! Needs a little more refinement for the price tag.

  • Hello, and thanks for the comments about our MorphPOD.  We were updating the website anyway, awaiting some coding we commissioned for our primary market which is not domestic. It's done now so I hope it meets with your approval.  As for planning, the form falls within the permitted development outlines but circumstances vary so its not safe to make assumptions.  We say we're architects because we are architects (and landscape architects), and are familiar with planning legislation and policy, and regularly make applications.  We design things to work well - what they look like follows from that.
