This is a voluntary charter - you can utilise the template as is or edit it to suit your needs. It is just another layer of transparency and trust to put your potential clients at ease.
If it were me I would download the Green Tick and put a little bit of text about the charter so that a client could click through and read it before engaging you.
I would then send a copy as part of my supporting information.
Andy Lonsdale - Lonsdale Landscapes Customer Charter
Kerrie John - The Garden Design Co Customer Charter - click on link at the base of the page.
Andy Westacott - Westacott Gardens Customer Charter - Andy has created a page called the Customer Confidence Pack.
Have you adopted the LJN customer charter or a variation of it? Please let me know.
That's me put mine up now - it's a good idea Phil!
I think that this is one of the most powerful client/business documents one can have in the paperwork armoury.
Thanks
Nick

Just to let you know we have started using your charter copy too.
Many thanks,
Keith
Everyone is welcome to use it and it may be modified to suit your own needs (it's the principle that counts)
