Can't use chat on iPhone ?

Hi everyone, just a quick question, I can't seem to access the chat room on my iPhone, I keep getting this message up,(Mobile webapp extension is not configured. Please ask your admin to configure it through CometChat Administration Panel.)Do I need to change the settings on my IPhone so I can enter chat room? I'm not down with the tech so have no real idea how to fix problem,Many thanks Harry

    Sorry for the slow response.

    I've upgraded the software today.

    Mobile chat just got a whole lot better:)

    BTW FYI there have been 6,659 chat messages sent so far in May.
