Can anyone recommend a summer house?

Hi,  this is for myself and girlfriend's garden, I've got a few customers with them but they seem top end of market in terms of price.  We are looking for something in the middle price range, 7x7 size.  There are some shed/summer house places around here but always seem overpriced for the quality you get.  I wouldn't touch Wicks, or any of the DIY stores or am I being a bit harsh?  Google brings up lots of websites you can order from but not sure which are decent and which are rubbish.

Would appreciate any recommendations, and we don't mind assembling it ourselves.

Cheers.

  • Why not use a local joiner ( carpenter in England) who can build it to your exact spec and would be the same price and maybe cheaper than off the shelf. It would probably be built better as well

    I second Graeme's suggestion,

back in the day when I was landscaping and even now for friends n family I build from scratch at half the price in timbre for off the shelf things and its 10 x better.

the only way your going to get something that will not fall apart in 5 years at best is to go for top money prices at well known stores.

another thing to also check out if your not able to build your self is go down to your local wood yard, most make up fencing panels etc on site and will also build up sheds etc to your size and spec, only thing you might have to do is source glass for windows.
