M5 crash

We have been on the road since 7.15 am, the traffic on the motorway has been sat there since 6.30am, I sincerely hope all is well in-front of them, the sat nav tells me I'm 2.9 miles away from the landscaping project.

Midday

Finally, Coffee.

Before I commence the reflection pond landscaping build I complete the final course of blockwork to the feature wall, apply the scratch coat and cover.

HiAn increase in prices for established customers can be a tricky part of our services. There's always a chance we can lose good business. How do folks respond to  objections to an increase?
