Having been a pioneer four years ago in the landscape industry in terms of social media, I think the fremium (or I prefer to call it a free-for-all now) is finished.
Discerning businesses are willing to pay to belong to a group of like-minded serious business owners.
Having studied social media intensely for so long I'm pretty confident it's not a place where group ownership will ever work.
