I'm Isla, the assistant manager at Thrive Garden Project. I currently project manage the Working it Out project. My key focus right now is to source new employment opportunities for Thrive trainee Gardeners, to assist them with their goal of starting paid employment. Thrives trainees are trained to the highest standards and have completed professional work placements. Thrive offers a tailored employment service and we’d love to help you take on your next member of staff. Previous organisations such as Alitex have used Thrive trainees to plant up their Chelsea Flower show stand, that went on to win a gold medal.
