33 year old mother of one who has taken the plunge and officially turned her back on the world of corporate marketing (blearrgh!) to be a gardener. Currently working at a garden centre to keep the pennies ( and I mean pennies!) coming in. Am planning to do a garden design course starting this year.

"I've found that once a month treatment of glyphosate is more than sufficient for most places. is chikara/ pistol suitable for gravel? I thought it was only for railway ballast or am I being daft?"

Hi Claire

Welcome to the network. I know East Meon extremely well and I maintained the gardens at Tooling Products (Langrish for over ten years) - my old company, now called Voice Groundscare, is still responsible for maintaining the sports and recreation areas of Petersfield Town.

You line in a lovely part of the world and I am sure you will have no problem finding work in your nec of the woods - there certainly is money there.
