I am delighted to say that Progreen have stepped up to support Landscape Juice Network members by sponsoring landscape, ground maintenances and lawn/turf care content.
Progreen have been members of LJN for some time but after seeing my appeal on Twitter - and a testament to our strong social media presence - responded to a request to form a partnership.
I have followed Progreen for some time and I know that they are equipped with an unrivalled arsenal of technical information and industry knowledge, built up over many years.
Louise Boothman will be your Progreen contact here on Landscape Juice and Louise is backed up by a wealth of support from the technical & customer service team.
By forming this partnership I hope we can do what no other industry sector is doing and provide peer support, technical information and intellectual property directly, using social media.
It's not all about sales
Whilst I sincerely hope that Progreen find their association with LJN a profitable and successful one I also hope that you, as one of our members, can learn a great deal from the information we will jointly publish over the coming 12 months.
I have already spoken with Louise about training and education and I hope that those of you applying chemicals and fertilisers, as part of your professional offering (and if you haven't already done so) will consider taking their Pa1 & Pa6a competence certificate with Progreen. We'll also keep you updated on the big changes that are happening regarding spray application in the industry - if you want to continue using professional pesticides.
For the managers amongst us, there will also be an opportunity to complete a BASIS registration course (more in the coming weeks).
On top of that we will bring online and onsite discussions to LJN members and bust some of the myths about chemical misinformation.
One great idea Louise has had is to hold a practical workshops for LJN members on what are the right products for the right job - over and above simply being trained and qualified.
So may I take this opportunity to thank Progreen taking up this sponsorship with Landscape Juice. I look forward to a rewarding and fruitful relationship and I hope everyone mutually benefits over the coming year.

Just a quick comment - Progreen are very local to me - indeed I have done PA1/6 training with them and bought various products off them through the course of this year.
An extremely helpful bunch of people, both on the technical advice and training side.
I hope being a member of LJN is as useful for them as it has been for me.
Good to see you here Progreen!
Progreen understands the support that LJN offers to it's members in a very 21st century way. It's members are often working alone or in small teams and face the same challenges and issues. A forum such as LJN can present possible solutions which can be discussed and shared.
Progreen is in a position to further support members with first class technical advice, sale and supply of cutting edge weed control products, all backed up by next day courier delivery.
As a member of the Amenity Forum, we can also provide up to date information on changes in legislation as they affect users of professional use products and offer training and qualifications to support this.
Progreen is excited to be working with LJN and supporting it's members where we can.
Hi Adam,
Thanks for the warm welcome and kind words - they are appreciated. I remember taking the training with you (as I was new to my role) I thought it would help me to understand how it felt to do the training from our customers perspective - I certainly learnt a lot and glad you felt you did too. Thanks
