  • Thanks Landen, will do. Really impressed with Jobber, it's made a big difference to the business. It was the many positive comments on LJN that persuaded me to give it a try in the first place. Thoroughly enjoy all the North American phraseology too (and the fact that I can customise it). "Reaching out" had an entirely different meaning to me before your customer services did it to me on the very first time we met.

  • Although I don't use jobber it's only because I have no idea when it comes to technology! It just takes me a lot more time to catch on with what everyone else is already implementing and reaping benefits from. Knowing the jobber guys are right here supporting us makes it much more attractive however! I will give it another look

    You can always call in or jump on the live chat and talk with one of us. We often do 1on1 screen shares to get people up and running and make sure they can be most effective and it will never cost you anything for that.

    My jobber story, so far...

    I have been using jobber since last year. When I first signed up to jobber last year I couldn't quite believe how simple it was to pick up and use, although it took a little time to build the data base with all my clients in there.

    My core business is lawn care (feed, weed, aeration ect) and it obviously needs to be carried out at set times of the year, it's easy to keep track of when your client list is under 20 or 30, but start adding more people at different times of the year and it becomes a nightmare. You get into the position of letting people down and lose that ever so valuable reputation ...

    Now everything is done with a couple of clicks and that information is always 1 minute away.
    All my quotes and invoices are in the cloud with a couple of clicks.

    I know exactly what products I have applied and it keeps me right from a H&S standpoint through the chemical tracking add on

    The scheduling part of the system is brilliant and it's synced to my android phone, I know where I'm meant to be everyday and can easily edit or move jobs around to suit the weather ect.

    So why is this good?

    Everything is in one place, client list, treatments, dates, timesheets, schedules, invoices, quotes, visits, who owes you money and on and on it goes...

    Clients contact me all the time and ask about their lawn or a quote I have done, all that information is there on the cloud 1 or 2 clicks away.

    Before Jobber, I hated invoicing and chasing money. I have found that now I get paid quicker as I invoice quicker and it looks more professional and that wins me work time after time.

    Now I'm more productive with jobber so I have the potential to earn more.

    Yes it costs a few quid every month, but it lets me concentrate on doing what I do best and that certainly isn't the paperwork! .

    I'm looking forward to see what jobber bring to LJN.

  • I have been using Jobber since Sept last year. It is a great CRM and job management system. I use for quoting, invoicing and also syncing with Quickbooks for my accounting.
