Use as a surface cleaner for the removal of weathering deposits on paths, steps, walls, fences, patioos, drives and hard tennis
courts. Mogeton provides contact and residual activity on damp surfaces, helping to control Moss, Algae, Liverwort and Litchen. Mogeton has no effect on higher order plants and can therefore be applied to the edge of lawns and ornamental borders
Me too, I've been using MMC-PRO for over 4 years now, recently I came to try and purchase it from my old
retailer and he told me it was no longer available through him.
I when onto google and found that a company called AGM were selling it much cheaper, Ordered some and received it the next day. Great service and jolly nice people, I will be using them again.
i can vouch for this aswell, ive used it a few times on a customers patio and its easy to use and very effective

John,
As you say Mogeton has some dangers but don't all chemicals!
Three things to be mindful of are, it is harmful by inhalation, irritating to eyes and yes very toxic to aquatic organisms which may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
It is a good moss control / surface cleaner and don't be too hanged up about mixing it / applying it - just sensible precautions.
For mixing I would suggest that Mogeton should be applied at the rate of 15g per 5 litres of water to cover an area of 10 m2. Use a watering can with a fine rose. This mix rate can also be used if applying by paint brush to those hard to get bits.
For use in a sprayer, mix 75g in 5 to 10 litres of water and apply to 50 m2 using a low pressure, medium or coarse spray.
To be honested, I would be tempted to crank up the dose a little.
Once applied, Mogenton leaves an orange dusting which will be washed off by the rain or just hose down the following day.
I have recently used Safor which has a very rapid effect - results usually occur within 48 hours. It is strong and long lasting, and it’s efficient cleaning action visually brightens surfaces. This is a more cost effective option than MMC Pro.
Choose a suitable mixing area / good lighting and well ventilated. As with all chemicals you should have your first aid equipment and materials to clean up any spills that may occur.
I use a measuring scoop and then hose pipe on low pressure.
Don't forget your PPE and read the MSDS notes!
No measuring cup provided.
Whilst care should be taken, don't get too hanged up on getting the mix spot on. The higher the dose the better results but then if not careful a bit wasteful and expensive.
Please note...if you do buy MMC Pro from Amazon using this link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BEE912O/ref=as_li_ss_il?ie=UT...
Landscape Juice gets a small commission which helps run the site.
ive used mmc pro a few time at the correct rate and it's never worked!
We now use mmc pro and have been for a few years, We find it works best when the area is bone dry with no frost or rain due for at least a day.
We've also found that the moss needs to be saturated with mmc for it to have any chance on working, so on large commercial areas it tends to work our quiet expensive.
