Earth Designs was formed by Katrina Wells in Spring 2003. Katrina has been a keen gardener since childhood and worked as a florist for many years. After graduating from university in 1998 with a degree in Creative Arts, Katrina went to work as a producer for a prestigious design and events company based in London's West End. She left in 2002 and decided to couple her love and knowledge of gardening with her creative skills and experience of event management. Earth Designs was born. During the past 5 years Katrina and her husband Matt have grown Earth Designs into a successful company with over 150 designs and 50 builds under their belt.

I like the idea of writing about the rationale behind a particular garden design, then following it throughout the garden build. I've tried it on our blog after seeing a similar thing done by graphic design firm Airside. I just wonder whether anyone is interested in reading about it!

You are very welcome to promote your design courses on the site and there are a number of ways to do this.
1. Add each course as an event
2. start your own group (you will have to write to this on a regular basis to keep the activity fluid - this will bring potential clients
3. Write forum or blog posts about your work. Try not to make them too advertorial but make sure that you add links to other relevant information such as any groups you start of to an event that you have created.
