My name is Marc Ollerenshaw, I am 25 years old and live in Glasgow, Scotland. I have worked with a few Landscape Gardeners in the past 8 years as their Labourer and from this I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge about the industry. In 2012 my lovely partner gave birth to our first son who was born with some very rare medical conditions which resulted in us spending the most of the last 4 years in hospital with him, in 2014 we welcomed our second son. We have now decided it's time for me to start up a family business in the industry and luckily enough my younger brother also came on board resulting in us going down the road of a legal business partnership, which is great as he has worked with the same gardeners as me for the past 5 years so between us we should be ok. We plan on launching our business in January 2017 but are spending a lot of time on setting up the correct paperwork, marketing and processes just now so we can iron out any creases before we launch. We are primarily looking for advice on what to do and what not to do from the members of LJN and in return hope to pass our experiences on to other members in time to come.
