    In order for the bi fold doors to be nearly flush with the height of the floor tiling and not to form a one brick high step when you walk out of the conservatory onto the patio the bottom of the cill is a course lower hence what looks like only one course of brick to the DPC but it is actually 150mm from the floor level

    Mick looks very good, however you don't seem to be 15cm below dpc or is the photo not shwoing it clearly enough?
