Since building the raised deck with contemporary galvanised steel railings, stainless steel trim and integral lights in 2005, this 1970's house has been recently re-modelled and had a 21m x 2.6m extension built on the rear with large areas of aluminium framed glazing. I have helped the client Project Manage the build including setting out of foundations on-site, design of retaining wall and procurement of all building materials inc. masonary, glazing, roofing system and cedar cladding etc. etc.
