Good man,
Dont do yourself in, your body is speaking clearly to you, if you've a good squad let them carry you for a bit.
If they've been with you for a while it's least they can do

Like a true trooper - plod on but very slowly!

Thankfully I have a good team and we can somehow mange it but this was my personal little project but I guess when life throws lemons at you all you can do is ask for sugar.

Thanks Kerry, I need all the "blessing" at the moment. Went down with shingles the other day and have a three week job to complete before my client gets back from China in under two!!
