Starling Star bird bath

45 cm dia x 70 cm h: hand-formed mortar basin with irridised glass inset into wet mortar and slithers of slate and stained glass set on rim. The client wanted a bird practical bathing design to reflect the period of thier home and thier garden wildlife. The architecture is around 1930's with original features and a community of starlings hang out in the eaves.
