New services laid in sub-base and redundancy added in.

The old clay UG drainage was replaced with new plastic and the manhole inspection chambers re-furbished to allow recessed manhole covers to be installed in the new drive. We also ran ducting to allow for power to be run for lighting and gates and brought water to the front of the house for car washing, etc.
