  Profile images need to be between 150 and 200px square to work effectively and one of your main problems is that if you crop the image to a rectangle, by default, in will be resized again to fit the window.
  
  You will need to crop a true 200x200 square and leave some white space above and below the image (this unfortunately reduces the actual visible part).
  
  If you get stuck I can do the edit for you and email it across.

  I'm very pleased too. I can't get it to work as my profile logo. It keeps chopping the sides off. I've resized it right down, but it still happens. Could you take a look at it for me please?
