Grade II Georgian Property - Rear Upon Completion- 2012

This Property is set in one of the oldest parts of Worcester and is grade II listed. The landscape design and materials used had to be approved by a local authority conservation officer and was lead by house architect. The site has significant access restriction, both on road and to the property itself. The landscaping of this property was completed in conjunction with the renovation works to the house. The rear of the property now includes a basement level patio area, lawn area and flagstone path. The front has a double wide, Breedon Golden Amber self binding gravel driveway with brick kerb line and lawn area.
