Can you identify this spider

This spider is about 4cm across and runs very fast. Any thoughts what it is?

    Looks like a type of nursery-web spider. They are a hunting spider and the females carry an egg sac around with them. They build a tent like nursery web just before the spiderlings hatch. Sometime they will hunt on ther surface of still water.
