This is Holy Cross Church, Kirkby Green. This picture was taken by me a year after i started looking after it. I have cut back into a huge bank of nettles behind the church and it's grassing up now and starting to look good. I have uncovered three graves which were hidden from sight, one was covered in a carpet of grass, one was under the low branches of a yew tree i removed the low branches making the tree look more attractive and making the little grave visible, the third was face down under the nettles obviously it had fell over many years ago, i turned it over and laid it so the epitaph is visible. I'm proud of my churchyard, I love taking care of it.
