This was an awkward shaped plot for a rather large house.The decking is "Ipe" which I came across when working in Madrid a couple of years ago.It is very popular in high end projects over there and particularly for decking in public places such as restaurants.This is because it is extremely dense and very hard and will withstand lots of traffic as well as extremes of weather.All of the deck boards are fixed from below, an arduous task but, one that leaves a blemish free finish.
