Many thanks for these kind comments. I wasn't angling for admiration. I thought I could just post a few images on my profile without any fuss, I didn't realise people actually looked at them!
Mike, the garden took about nine months in total but this section of the garden probably took 2/3rds of that time. Jenny, Gaynor, Steve, your encouragement is hugely appreciated.
Mick, it was a great pleasure to be able to show you, George and the rest of that days visitors around the two gardens and indeed to meet everybody. And of course it was great to catch up again at Creating Landscapes. Your company and advice deeply valued (Marshalls visit tomorrow apparently!)
