I believe the customer is planning on putting a seat up there. If you looked at the jungle they call a back garden its the only place they can put one.

Design is great- looks well built and such a dramatic change from the original - do you mind if I ask where the steps at the back corner lead to? Is it to be a seating area in front of the garden?

Hi Sophia Yes there is drainage in front of the garage as well as across the front of the house and pavement. The drive had several different angle in it as the top section sloped towards the house with the lower section sloping towards the road
