There is so much conflicting (and contradicting) advice as to what is and isnt acceptable.
Our position is that we are shut today, will be tomorrow and likely to be for the rest of the week. We are in the process of issueing a statement to our clients and one is about to be published on our website.
Whilst I think technically we are allowed to work I think it is morally wrong to do so and may come back to bite us hard if we are to ignore or circumvent official guidelines.
You make some good points Nick. If you go to work and keep 2m apart, how will you reliably prevent handling of the same equipment? That would take a lot of discipline and organisation.
But then if you work entirely alone, maybe that would actually be OK?
I agree. The sooner we all stay at home ,the quicker this thing will pass.
