I understand that there have been a few people within the APL who have felt my comments personally which has never been the intention. I sincerely believe that now, more than any other time in the APL's history, is the time for action and if the organisation is going to still be here in the next twelve months it needs to react quickly. It is probably best that you read my letter and the official response from James Steele-Sargent on Landscape Juice but feel free to bring the debate back here for a longer discussion. Incidently, if there is anyone who feels that they have been treated unfairly or ignored by the APL in respect of membership then now is the time to pitch in to the debate. I will pass on details directly to the APL if there is a case of exclusion and James has promised to look into the matter personally.
