Weibang Scarifier

Hi ,

Just looking to see if anyone had any experience and opinions with the Weibang scarifiers? either the 38 or 46cm width. Not to fussed on the Eliet machines because of the constant tweaking of the height set up.

Thanks in advance.

  • Just an update have now used the weibang 38cm scarifier on a job earlier and what a machine was very impressed with it. Seems to be well built &  did a great job with out feeling to knackered after.

Thought id share if anyone is wondering in the future.

  • I have got my eye on one of these as well, so it's helpful to have some feedback as I can't find masses of info about Weibang online (youtube reviews etc).

I was edging more towards the 46cm, but that's mainly for the silly reason that it looks very similar to the John Deere D45C which i used a lot in a previous job.

I have never used a scarifier with a collection bag like the 38cm - doesn't it get full every 30 seconds?

    • Hi Alex, the collection bag is useless unless your doing 5m2, you will either have to follow behind with a mower or pick up with leaf grabbers and a rake or leaf blower. Ive no complaints yet, Used it for last 3 days and its not to wearing on the arms unlike someothers ive used.
