Raised beds

I have been asked to quote for a raised brick bed in an L shape. The area is already paved with pavers and has a slight slope, i just need help to work out how many bricks, sand etc, also as the area is already has pavers would i still need to put in footings.

The specs are

0.6mtr hight

0.60mtr width

at the longest length 5.48mtr

longest width 2.80mtr
