£2200 is what i would charge
there will allways be some one cheaper but instead of worrying about it concerntrate on what you offer for the price.
Tell the client what a great job you do and how proffesional you are which will justify why you are not the cheapest. Its all about value for money not who's cheaper.
i have done 2 paving aeas over 50m this year both very odd shapes both with a fair amount of cutting in both laid on 4inch type 1 and a full mortar bed with 3 size random pattern slabbing in Stonecraft Rutland slabs (works out about £15 per sq metre for the slabs)
both were charged at £3500
in both cases the client knew what they were asking for, knew it was going to cost and knew they wanted me to do the work, they are both now very happy clients.
So your price seems perfectly reasonable and its the clients expectations that are way off the mark!!!
