  • Hi Lorraine,

Has it been pruned at all? What kind of feed is it getting?

Is it a variegated fuchsia or a dark-leaved variety (eg "Thalia"?)
  • Might need a shock treatment and may flower for survival??? boost pottasium feed
  • if a fuchsia has been around that long, it is a hardy plant, and probably won't appreciate being in a pot still, - tomato food and planting it out should shock it into flowering, - but it is still early in the season for fuchsias this year.
  • its not to early all my fuchsias are flowering and this is cornwall so everyting is a little earlier thank you for all your replys, dont know the type as i have never seen it flower, but it is a hardy one, all the clients other fuchsias are flowering loverly, dont think she has done anything she should, she does prune but will recommennd another feed and maybe potting up to a bigger pot though it is not pot bound
