Native plant survey

Hello all,

I am currently a student at sparsholt college studying BSc Garden Design. For my dissertation I am researching around the subject of native plants.

If you are a practicing garden designer or studying garden designer then please take part in my Native plant survey, this is part of my research for my dissertation. It would be a massive help if you could all partake in the survey and I would appreciate it immensely!

Dont worry, you do not need to give any personal details for this survey and it only take a few moments.

  • "John" Firstly, you clearly do mean to be negative, if you don’t approve of my discussions then do not look at them and certainly do not comment on them if you are going to be negative and unsupportive. Secondly and fortunately, you do not dictate what the landscape Juice forum discusses and is used for. It is a free forum website to discuss the relevant subject, mine being gardening and garden design aimed. Clearly whilst you are questioning my use of the Landscape juice forum in your opinionated manor, you have completely missed the many others you have been very helpful with my "qualifications" in my discussions and blogs, one even recommending that I create a survey and present in onto this website, which I have done. Thirdly, you are clearly frustrated that I have no responded to your "questions", you must not have realised that the discussion had ended. And there was no "questions" for me to respond to that would benefit my "qualifications". Thank you and good night.

I don't wish to be negative Joshua, but LJN is not here to help you with your

qualifications, the members on here have a two way symbiotic relationship

    with each other.

One question, exactly why did you decide to ignore my previous THREE QUESTIONS ???

    Hi John

There shouldn't be any problem Joshua using LJN to help him with his studies.

I'm sure he'll add something at some stage that others will find useful to them.

  • Hi Joshua,

I wish you luck in your studies and have answered your survey questions. LJN appears to be a fairly broad church and you'll find that some people are more willing to help than others. This is not a closed organisation with a fixed and tight agenda, it is a forum where those with out the answers ask and those willing to share their knowledge can respond. And we all gain our knowledge from experience and the wisdom of others.
  • Joshua, survey complete. Good luck in your quest.

Most LJN members will go out of they way to assist each other in some form or another and pull together as a unit.

As the sign says on the back of Tesco shopping trolley collectors tee shirts say "here to help".

    Kerry Jackson.

Joshua, completed from my limited amount of garden planning/designing for our sites

Following on from a comment made earlier, one thing you can 'give back' & that a lot would appreciate is seeing the outcome of the survey ....

  • Well, what a telling exchange.

Good luck with your survey. I hope you get the results you're looking for. If not you could always alter them.

  • Thank you all for you support and participation in my survey, its much appreciated. Of course i will create a blog/disscusion once my dissertation  is completed, with all my thoughts and results expressed. Once again many thanks

  • Well done Joshua for persisting with your request. In a previous response to yourself I suggested using LinkedIn and posting such questions there where there are several groups for designers. I'll repeat that suggestion.
