Jetwashing

I'm looking at purchasing a jetwasher, but dont really want to spend top money as I dont do a huge amount of it, and some of my clients have their own jetwashers.

Can any-one recommend something that does a good job for below £200?

Thanks

Ian B

    Been considering getting one myself.

I use the Karcher k4. It does the job. I have it running for several hours at a time no problems and has lasted several years so far. It was about £240 I think.

They have them in lidl  at £179.99 for a petrol one with 3yr warranty.

There is an interesting selection of reviews for the Lidl petrol pressure washer at hotdeals!

What do you actually want to do with a pressure washer?

    • Not very postive reviews! but to be fair how can you build a petrol washer and engine ship it to the uk and transport it to store for £180?

  • PRO

I will be mainly using it for patios and pathways

  • I just bought an electric BOSCH one, I paid £180 for a mid range one.  I mainly want it for cleaning kit, i was tempted by a cheap petrol one but thought it seemed too cheap.  When i went to the store intended on buying a Stihl one but the salesman (stihl dealer) told me that the stihl ones were rubbish and triped the power when running off on an extenstion lead.  Mine seems too work well and made a good job on my patio and kit.  It also has a 3 year warranty.

Thanks for all the replies folks. I have just used a Nilfisk 150.1 which I borrowed off some one. It did a good job and is really powerful. However it is very heavy. Also the main casing was damaged by the owner and keeps coming off. He wants to sell it to me, but I am concerned about the weight as well as the hassle of having to source a new cover, and may opt for the Karcher 4, based on the responses here.

    Thanks again

We have an older Nilfisk Pro and if you think that's heavy, you are in for a shock no matter what you buy (in the professional range) and certainly if you go for a petrol jet wash which i suggest will weigh twice the amount upwards.

This is who I used when I broke one of the plastic wheels on our one  https://www.sparesgiant.com/cleaning-equipment/pressure-washers/nil...
