Didn't know they designed and built gardens!!!
They are fairly successful with their driveways around this neck of the woods.
We have in the past undertaken "correctional work" to their gardens following installs of drives etc. but this was by way of them referring us directly to their clients and probably because we done a tidy up job for the regional manager.
?
What should be a 16-18 k project, has been priced in at a whopping 52.1k, i fully understand that their overheads will be high, very high.
The average client would fall for these costings would they?
A friend sells DG and is allowed to discount the "so called book price" by 75% and still get a nice commission payment from the job. If he gets close to the original price he is rolling in it.
I hate to think of anyone accepting such a high price without getting more quotes as a comparision but I guess there are always a number of people who will be taken in by the sales talk and accept it on face value. I guess the less honourable sales person knows who they can get away with it - dreadful and I don't know how they can sleep at night.
