I have been looking for a product for a garden I am building that would separate stone from soil for a wavy path and this product looks perfect but it is very expensive at £36.00 for 5mtr plus postage. I need 21mtrs so at over £150 is quite expensive to justify to my customer is these anything else i could use that separates but is unobtrusive and can form curves with.

  • I would crack on with the everedge. Top stuff, easy to install so saves on install costs. Nice and discreet when done too

Pays your money, takes your choice - Everedge is very good, tough, long lasting, lovely finish, and we only quote using that. There have been alternatives mentioned on here on other threads, but I don't think pricing was much different.

Everedge is in my opinion the best option. We've used others before and they lack in comparison in most departments

  • I've been considering using this for some edging in my own front garden however the ground isn't completely level and after a few metres, starts going downhill.................. does the edging have any flexibility to cope with this or do you just cut it into small sections to deal with this?

  • You’ll be ok with small changes in level, but probably not up and down constantly.
You’ll likely not need to cut anything and if the last bit riquired is short, you just fold it :)
  • Well you have all convinced me, I will get on their site and order what I need and use your experience with the product to help her see the benefits going forward.  Cheers.

  • its a good product and well worth the money. when i quote on lawns i always offer it as an extra for clients and most go for it.. have a look on amenity landscape supplies, thats the cheapest ive found with free delivery

Hi Dave - I use Kinley Borderline which works out at £7.90 per m which is alittle dearer than the price you have for Everedge.

A friend of mine sometimes uses a plain UPVC board sprayed black with plasticote paint and fixed with timber pegs, very much cheaper but not quite so rubust.
