After the burial of my father, my step-Mother and Uncle had a conspiracy and sold my father's properties to an Italian Expertrate which they selfishly shared the money among themselves and leave me only to suffered. My Step-mother wants to kill me because she want me to released to her a statement of account certificate which my later father will on my name enable her present it to the bank for the claim as she and my uncle have succeeded in claiming all my father's properties left behind. They continuously mal-treated me bad, and have made life very unbearable to me.
For the divine mercy of God, one day my Step- Mother's daughter secretly whispered to me not to eat a plate of delicious jelolf-rice when I didn’t even know that I was targeted to be poisoned to death , not quit a long time after I had been informed about the meal, my step-mother served me the delicious poisoned rice meal to eat, i wasted the meal to the bin only to find two dead rat on the bin the following morning and that made me to run away immediately from my country (Kenya) to (Dakar Senegal).
Because her attempt to killed me, I traveled to Dakar Senegal and had a discussion with bank managing Director to make some withdrawal of the money for a better life, so I can take care of myself and start a new life again, on my arrival, the Bank Managing Director whom I met in person told me that my father's instruction in his will was the fund would only be release to me when I present a Foreign Trustee who would help me and invest the money overseas.
The bank Director advised me to seek a protection at the moment from United Nation High Commission for Refugee (UNHCR) here in Dakar Senegal, which i did. Presently I’m in the refugee camp under the ministry of Rev. David Samaco in Evangelical Lutheran Church in Refugee mission camp.
However, the deposited fund is ($5.600.000.00USD) Million United State Dollars.
With due respect i seek your assistance in the following reasons below:
1. To stand as my Foreign Trustee.
2. After the transfer, locate a good school in your country for me.
3. To invest the money for a good lucrative business.
Please my intention is not to disturb your Peace, but because l am sincerely in need, and desperately need a solution before my life is wasted.
Among all, the most important thing is for you to be aiding me as a parent who will be directing all my affair and doings in your country.
Lastly, you will promise me that you will not betray or deny me if this money gets into your bank account in your country.

I get these all the time - can't imagine anyone taking these scams seriously, but I suppose some people do otherwise they wouldn't keep circulating
Needless to say, and I think you may have spotted this already;) this has nothing to do with LJN or me.
It's a sad fact that where an email address is published on the internet - this can be your own website, blog, association sites, forums etc - there'll be someone, somewhere, scanning and sending out messages.
My own personal policy is to never respond to an email I feel uncomfortable with and if I cannot verify the sender (it's easy to Google part of the text or a sender's email address and if there's a scam associated with it then there's likely to be other warnings posted) then I just bin it (most of these go to spam anyway).

I've just searched on the excerpt of text and got a fairly long list of sites (including this post) warning of scams.
I know a few old folks that get suckered into these scams. Unfortunately, some people do send them money - usually the vunerable sadly. It's good to post on the net however, because you can always search for the email message, find it under a heading of 'SCAM' and then show vunerable and tell them not not to waste their money.
I get them directly to my junk box.

I've had a couple of emails from members this afternoon concerning a spam email they've received mentioning Landscape Juice. This has nothing to do with LJN, it's spam, pure and simple.
These spammers can get your email addresses from a variety of places such as your own website, blog, Facebook or other forums.
Please rest assured that unless the email comes directly through the site's emailing system, then it is not from LJN. I will never sell or give email addresses away to a third party.
twoddle, i dont see why they still get circulated. ive bought e-mail lists before and used them for marketing my business i got some angry replies but also a couple of customers
