Hi all. My Garden design and build business has grown to a team of 12 and I am now looking for an app or other suitable platform where we can share/ colaborate information internally such as standard construction details, programmes, work sheets, photos, office team project targets etc. You get the picture.....I have looked at Monday.com, Connecteam etc but none seem to quite fit the bill or seem too complicated as far as I can tell. maybe I am looking for too much and just need something like a cloud storage  fascility such as Googledrive or Onedrive? We already use one drive for the office staff though so not sure how we could use another version for the whole team?? your experiences and advice would be much appreciated.

AfterA30 years in iT before I started gardening....ft sounds as if you need some sort of workflow system. The catch is I don't think you will get what you want off the shelf, and a bespoke piece of software will cost loads, and people will not necessarily use it as you hoped they would.

    Brett, go look at Toodledo.

Look past the trendy name. It’s a good, simple collaboration tool that to use across the teams to ensure client/site/project information stored in the cloud is current and available to all while in the office or out in the road.

Basic system free and runs with a thin web client interface and/or iOS/Android apps.

3rd party addons make it even better..

    Any Q’s - ask.
