I think -Achiliea in the background (yellow) Salvia left (blue spires) and Pennisetum - fountain grass right.
I am still convinced that the yellow flowers are Achillea - have a look at this photo - http://www.gentiana.com.au/?stg=178&view=178
Phil is right the yellow is definitely Achillea - either 'Moonshine' or 'Cloth of Gold', the Salvia is probably 'Mainacht' and the grass is Pennisetum probably 'Hamelyn'.

The blue salvia, Salvia x silvestris may night is my guess
and the achillea with the silvery sheen to the foliage would suggest moonshine
