  • Hi Ofer, it would be helpful if you were willing to share what it is you are hoping to sell. If as you say you want to promote / sell your products then you will be a supplier to either clickbank or amazon rather than being an affiliate yourself.

Clickbank sells e-books. Vendors write an ebook they believe will be of interest and value to a global audience (remember that it's primarily Americans who buy via clickbank), define a price & the commission they will pay others for promoting it, load it and wait/hope for money to come through. Therefore unless your product is an ebook presumably you would be aiming to use your ebook to drive traffic to your website / physical products.
I don't know anyone who has tried selling via clickbank. There are millions of products on clickbank so you'd need to be sure that yours would have a market. Also you pay $49.95 to activate your product so it isn't 'free'.

I do have some experience of selling on Amazon as Mrs B sells books she has finished (she calls it recycling or feeding her reading habit!). She finds it straight forward and simple. You need to be efficient in processing orders. The only downside she finds is that amazon sets the postage cost and sometimes it isn't enough to cover the actual postage so you may need to factor this in. Also the fees amazon take are quite high. As you don't pay to list you can try your product to see if it works. Money is transferred to your bank account every 14 days. Mrs B has been doing this for over a year now & hasn't had any problems. Depending on the value of your product as with all things that you post you will need to think about whether to pay the extra yourself to send it recorded or take the risk - if the buyer doesn't receive it you will have to refund.

The other option you might want to consider is ebay. Again it is straightforward albeit you do pay a listing fee regardless of whether your item sells. Might be worth experimenting for your different products. You can easily search completed listings to see what the same/similar products usually sell for.

    Hope that helps.

  • Many thanks Donny,

I thought that click bank offers not just e-books. I am selling few products- already through my website and on E-bay too.
What I thought is to try and sell it on a place that other bloggers or firms can sell it and get their commission. I think that If i try to sell it on Amazon - others sellers as blogs and website, can promote/sell this products and this is what I am trying to get - more cover for these products - maybe even from people abroad that write a blog in a different language. If anyone knows about reliable way. Donny Amazon sounds good for me to try- thank you.

If you asking what products Donny - it is strimmer resistant edgings, garden raised beds from recycled plastic, and freeze-dried-rose-petals (sounds long). these are all products that i import from the manufacturers.
