I've recently used some people in the North called Stowasis http://www.stowasis.com/ They supplied a well priced water blade and the pump and fittings. Give them a try. Otherwise you could try http://www.landscapeplus.com/ These both have seperate trade and retail outlets/prices.

That looks like picture of the UV clarifier setup (maybe im wrong) and in inground rpressure filter.
What is the volume of the pond, it may be cheaper to work out components seperate for it.
If you can gove a few more details, it may be wort replacing inline Uv clarifier bulb and replacing filer.
why id is are filter & pump neeeding replacing?
