Where to find good landscapers?

We are currently growing rapidly as a company and are now looking to build our team. We are currently looking for a skilled landscaper/ team leader and labourer.

Both positions are based in Southampton and candidates must be over 21 years old, hold a full, clean drivers licence, be up to speed and have good attention to detail. As this is a client facing role all candidates must have good communication and customer service skills. CSCS card is an advantage.

Does anyone have any advice on where to advertise for high calibre candidates? Or does anyone know of anyone suitable to this type of role and looking for work?
