When do u say no?

Hi all,Just wondering what others do?I've a load of work on & off to Disney (don't ask) on the 23rd for a week so can't take bookings in till after that. Just wondering if others just say no to work coming in or just be straight up & say it'll be a month or so, which will probably put people off.Any ideas?Darragh

  • Funnily enough, I have just this minute emailed the agent for some flats we maintain, turning down some fencing work at that site.  It hurts, but I have explained that May and June are very hectic for us on the Garden Maintenance side and we do not have the capacity for 'one-offs' at the moment. Not a complete refusal, but leaves the door ajar.

    • Cheers for replies lads. Yeah I think screening is the way to go. If it's a clear out with following maintenance then a priority. If it's fencing or whatever then just say autumn
