Funnily enough, I have just this minute emailed the agent for some flats we maintain, turning down some fencing work at that site. It hurts, but I have explained that May and June are very hectic for us on the Garden Maintenance side and we do not have the capacity for 'one-offs' at the moment. Not a complete refusal, but leaves the door ajar.
