How many years have you been going?
What services do you offer?
If you can give some more specifics people will be able to help I'm sure
We have traded quite happily as 'C H Landscapes' for 40 years, so no I don't think a 'name' makes a lot of difference. Quality of work, competitive pricing, knowledge and personability, all go toward providing trust, which will lead to recommendations, which in turn cut the need to advertise. Providing and it is a BIG 'providing', there are enough potential customers locally, to sustain your business and the others in your area.
As Richard mentions, 'how many years have you been going?' as the first few can be tough to get up and running.
Don't think its the name - what's the advertising methods you've used, when, and how much. Eg putting a few hundred leaflets through doors will not do much. Putting thousands will get you customers.
