That's 6 acres; I would suggest 1 acre would take 2-3 hours with a wee ride-on such as the Etesia Hydro 80 to cut and collect therefore, unless you want to spend a full day cutting, go for something bigger.
Do you need to collect the cuttings? If not, and a less than immaculte finish is ok, I would suggest using a 48-52 inch scag or ferris. The job will get done in rapid time with one of these.
Other pedestrian mowers to consider might be by Etesia.

Thats just a little bit fast.... I could to an acre mulching in an hour and a half (And I do once a week in summer!) Collecting would take me 2 hours plus!

Really? Do the sums. A 21 inch mower doing 5km/h will cut 2650m2 in one hour if it does not stop at all and does not overlap an inch.
By the time you overlap and stop to empty, the MAX output from a 21 inch mower with grass collection is around 1600m2 per hour.
An acre is 4000m2. That means your honda 21 inch takes at least 2.5hours to cut an acre. The grass on the acre I cut grows 5-6 inches between cuts, nightmare stuff!
Hope you realise this! Could end up pricing yourself unfairly at a quote.

Thanks Dan. I have been running my own business for over 10 years and fully understand sizes and areas and the time taken to get the job done properly.
We do tend to speed up the mowers and an acre can take longer than an hour if the grass is particularly wet, long or covered in leaves.
If the grass was 5 or 6" long then I doubt the Honda would cope well at all and would probably be looking at 2 to 3 hours per acre.

Hi Jason, what other commercial works / housing estates have you got, how big etc etc ??
Nick, to do an acre in one hour your mower would need to run at 7.5km/h with no overlap and no stoppage for emptying.
That's just not possible.
Calc: 4000 (m2) * 0.53 (m, width of mower) = 7547 (m/h)
Add 2 inches overlap and 30% down time for emptying and that comes to 11km/h. That's 7mph, a fairly fast run.
Can you explain how you do an acre an hour? I'd like to adopt the method for my own business to save a fortune on big grass cutting jobs.
